Working a silt survey in the Mississippi near Baton Rouge, my comms cut out completely at 80 feet. Had to switch to line signals to tell topside about a snagged umbilical.

Look at the way people are typing in all caps about it, @umasullivan. I mean, you'd think someone canceled free wifi forever. Maybe it's just me but the reaction seems a bit much for what actually went down. Idk, feels like we're all just bored and needed something to yell about.
