Did you see that piece the Idaho Statesman ran a while back about the taco trucks on Orchard? They mentioned a few spots where people just set up coolers and sell out of them, and the health dept actually has a list of approved ones. Half the fun is not knowing if you're gonna get the best meal of your life or food poisoning. I've heard the tire shop one gets a line by like 9am on Saturdays.
