PSA: the late night taco cart on 14th has gone downhill fast

Last Friday around 11pm I hit up that cart near the old laundromat, the one everyone raves about. The tortillas tasted like they'd been sitting in a steam tray for hours and the carnitas were mostly gristle, I paid $9 for a plate I couldn't finish. I thought maybe it was a one-off, so I went back Tuesday night and got the same sad result. The guy running it said the owner sold the cart to his nephew last month and they changed suppliers. Has anyone else noticed this or did I just catch two bad nights in a row?
