That $8 library card unlocked free museum entry for a whole year
I kept skipping the modern art museum downtown because $18 felt steep for a short visit. Turns out my local branch in Portland gives out culture passes, I just had to ask at the desk and show my card. Anyone else get free stuff from their library that nobody mentions?
