Took me 3 weekends to find the taco truck that only posts on Facebook

I kept seeing locals rave about this birria spot but every map app sent me to a closed strip mall. Turns out the owner only updates a Facebook page with no location pin, and the truck moves every Friday between 3 spots in Austin. It took me 3 weekends and 40 miles of wrong turns to finally catch it at the Shell station on Manor Road. Is it worth chasing hidden gems that refuse to show up on any listing, or do you guys stick to places that are easy to track down?

Did you at least get a good birria out of the deal? Honestly, I kind of love that some places stay off the grid, it keeps the line short and the vibe feels more like a secret handshake than a regular lunch spot.
