Took me 4 days to figure out a single plot hole in my fantasy story
I spent an entire weekend staring at my outline because my character's magic system didn't explain why she couldn't just teleport out of a locked room, then finally realized I could add a simple iron-binding rule. Has anyone else hit a weird logic wall that took way too long to get past?

I used to think plot holes were something you could just muscle through (you know, write fast and fix later), but that iron-binding rule is exactly the kind of simple tweak I resisted for way too long. I had a character who was supposed to be a master archer but kept missing shots in a big scene, and I spent days trying to rewrite the fight instead of just adding a minor injury to her hand. Finally I accepted that a small limitation was way better than a broken story. It feels silly now, but I was so stubborn about keeping my original idea perfect that I missed the obvious patch right in front of me.
