Walked into a server room in Cleveland yesterday and found a firewall held together with duct tape

The IT guy said it's been running like that for 2 years because the vendor won't stock older mounting brackets, has anyone else seen this kind of janky fix hold up?

And I've seen a Cisco switch held up with zip ties that was "temporary" for 3 years.
