Had a talk with my nephew about SEO that made me rethink my strategy
He's 19 and runs a small gaming blog, and he told me I was overthinking keywords and should just write for people first. He showed me his site analytics, and his organic traffic jumped 40% after he stopped stuffing keywords into every paragraph. Has anyone else simplified their approach and seen better results?

Wait, @max808, are you sure your nephew's traffic drop wasn't just a coincidence or algorithm shift? Sometimes when you stop chasing keywords, you actually write clearer stuff that makes people stay longer and click around, and that could be what's really moving the needle for some sites.

My nephew is 22 and runs a niche music blog, he told me the same thing but I saw his traffic drop when he stopped targeting long-tail phrases completely. I think there's a middle ground between keyword stuffing and ignoring SEO altogether.
