I dropped $500 on a 'viral' TikTok ad package and it was a total waste
The agency promised 10,000 views minimum but the traffic was all bots and didn't convert at all. Has anyone actually gotten real sales from those short video ad deals?

Yeah, those "guaranteed view" packages are almost always fake traffic... you're better off making your own short videos for your actual audience.

Oh man, @the_wren is spot on. I got burned by one of those services years ago, a bunch of empty numbers that did nothing. What finally worked was just talking straight to the camera about stuff I knew, no fancy edits. Those short, honest clips actually got people to stick around and talk. Feels way better than buying a lie.
