My boss told me to stop posting on weekends and it actually helped

She said our engagement rates were dropping because our weekend posts got buried by other brands. We switched to posting only Monday through Friday for a month. Our average likes went up by about 15% and we saved a bunch of time. Has anyone else seen better results by cutting back their posting schedule?

Interesting. That's the opposite of my experience. Our weekend posts actually do better because there's less noise from other companies. People scroll more on Saturdays and Sundays. Cutting back would hurt our reach. Maybe it depends on your specific audience and when they're online. I'd test it again during a different season.
