Switched my headline formula 3 weeks ago and clicks jumped 40 percent

I was stuck with blog posts getting maybe 100 visits each from organic search. Tried improving the content and adding more images, nothing moved the needle. Read a post on here about putting a specific number or time frame in the headline, so I rewrote an old article as 'How I Cleaned My Gutters in 12 Minutes Without a Ladder.' That one post got 700 views in a week. Has anyone else had a headline change suddenly unlock a bunch of traffic for them?

So 12 minutes to clean gutters but how long to rewrite the headline?

Spend 10 minutes testing 5 different headlines before publishing anything. Simple tweaks hit hard.
