Update: My TikTok ad for a $19 planner got 200k views but only 3 sales
The video went viral with people saying they loved the design, but almost nobody clicked the link. I learned that engagement doesn't equal buyer intent at all. Has anyone else had a viral post that just didn't convert?

@leo505 that's exactly what I'm seeing everywhere now. It's like people just like to engage with the content itself but aren't actually looking to buy anything. Reminds me of how everyone will hype up a friend's new hobby on Instagram but never actually pay for their services lol.

My friend's candle video hit 500k views last month. All the comments were just asking what song was playing in the background. Zero sales.
