Showerthought: I spent a decade trying to find a specific flash game from 2004 by googling 'that one with the green blob'

It finally clicked when I found it on a Geocities archive site, and the page title was just 'BLOB.GAME.HTML'. The whole time, the answer was in the most basic, obvious file name. Anyone else have a 'duh' moment with old web searches?

Honestly, I feel like that's just how the old web worked. Stuff was named like that on purpose to be hard to find.

I used to think it was just bad design, but that actually makes a lot of sense.

Yeah @avery_walker30, I've been there too. It's weird how something can feel like a design flaw until someone explains the actual reason behind it.
