Bought a $200 'SEO for Real Estate' course from a random blog I found
I was looking for info on local search and clicked through about ten pages of Google results, not from any social media link. The course promised to get my listings to the top. It was just a bunch of recycled articles you could find for free. I spent maybe 15 hours going through it all before I saw it was useless. Has anyone actually found a good resource for this that isn't just basic advice?

My cousin's real estate team swears by the free guides from Google's own Business Profile help center. It's all about those specific local signals like complete listings and recent photos, not some secret trick. Dylanf78 has a point about value, but maybe the real cost was your time, not just the cash.
